CFC Wireforms combines over 30 years experience with machines that are equipped to perform a wide variety of automated operations. These include in-house tooling, chamfering, roll threading, cold heading, tapping and insertion assemblies for component parts and entire units.

Originally based in the family garage

First production runs were parts used by Harley Davidson

Two years later, moved to a rented 1,000 sq. building in Lombard, IL

Developed program to support early stage rechargeable cell phones; contact plate for NiCad

Acquired 3-acre parcel in Batavia, IL

Began construction on 20,000 sq. ft. facility

Purchased initial CNC machine one of first companies to use this technology

Started construction on additional 40,000 sq. at Batavia

Cold Heading and springs are largest drivers

Selected as key supplier for muffler hangers, producing millions annually
